Beginning with a pre-construction meeting, we are able to understand our client’s goals, project feasibility, and timeline. From there, we take the client’s existing plans and begin the value engineering and budgeting process. We are also happy to use our client’s architectural plans and provide engineering plans through a preferred engineering firm. Additionally, we can obtain previously sourced plans to provide a budget-centric building experience.
Once the plans have been finalized, Custom Homes of Charleston can provide turnkey preconstruction services. We will oversee plan submittals and reviews with governing municipalities, architectural review boards, and utility providers. Our pre-construction services allows for owners to take a hands off approach while we navigate the hurdles prior to construction.
